How Online Remote Training Works for Beginners


Online remote training is a digital learning method where participants receive education, coaching, or skill-building sessions through the internet. It allows learners to access training materials, interact with instructors, and complete coursework from anywhere with an internet connection.

Digital feedback in real-time for Powerlifters and clients and cues with critiques on their movements. I will provide Voice-over for remote personal training clients which refers to the use of recorded or live audio instructions provided by a trainer to guide, motivate, and instruct clients during their workouts. This approach enhances the remote training experience by delivering clear, consistent, and engaging communication without the trainer being physically present.
