Fitness Journey Biography
I started working out at the young age of thirteen years old because of a way to transfer my anger to a better outlet. After I started to workout. I was getting better with my attitude and the way I control my emotions. By the age of eighteen I had developed good habits with different ways to train people and eat, but still in undeveloped stages. My gym instructor has seen something in me that I couldn’t get until I figured out that cardiovascular machines and strength training went hand in hand. After this I lost six months when I went into a drought because I gained too much body fat by 2010 and needed to lose weight fast. I view the quick workout routines with the P90X program with diet to better prepare for the next adventure in college to grow a bit better.
After my youthful age I grew a bit more understanding by jr college and university time by the biomechanics of how the body adjusts and works efficiently together with the external factor. I ended up almost giving up because I was getting smaller and leaner but not growing physical muscles. I went to take a break to play rugby for a semester but got hurt and had to go back to working things out again after the age of twenty-five years old. About six years until my first bench press and first push and pull meet to full powerlifting events. I had finally grown lean muscle mass and strength but still dealt with fat tissue lipids overlap on top of the muscles. Finally got the chance in 2021 to 2022 to get my ankle reviewed again and found a tear in my tibia that hindered my rotation in my left foot. Had the surgery and now can continue to grow into my powerlifting career with many meets experience. I had a lot of trials and errors in my fitness journey process.
