Some myths in the fitness industry are juice diets or teas that claim to give you that fat loss you desire to lose in life by restricting your appetite and food intake with little idea of the food you should be enjoying with growth. It’s like putting a carrot in the horse’s mouth to obey us and placing blinders on them with regard to the information we give them with no taste at all. Just blain!
Not having a wholesome meal surrounded with veggies, carbs and proteins of choice is a loss in the quality to grow. You need quality foods that help you stay healthy but also able to grow at a steady rate and not too quickly of results.
Balancing meals/ and or wholesome ingredients will benefit you in the long run of your life and placing the right nutrition in your body to grow in a manner that questions others viewpoint or vantage about you and your personification. In which you add rich nutritional options with complex carbs, proteins and fats to grow in a quality manner to help with the change in your life.
Risk and rewards are important too, especially if you categorize your routine as a diet or fab for the results instead of calling it a possible life changing event that you constantly change everyday. The reward for the foods you enjoy or comfort foods that you used to eat to become more health conscious in the thing you eat. Is understanding to give yourself a break or reward for the goals you have accomplished during the week to become a better version to stack yourself against behind the wall everyday and pushing!
There is value in a lifestyle change especially when life comes at so many obstacles and unexpectedly. You have to think what things are better to change in my value system on the productivity and quality of my life.
